Our Regular Rides

Tuesday Taster

Social pace with some efforts; around an hour, followed by coffee

Wednesday Workout

A solid one hour workout on Yarra Boulevard followed by coffee

Thursday Women's Ride

An hour's workout before work, followed by coffee

Saturday Bunch ride

Typically 2 or more bunches to Eltham, Mount Pleasant and beyond; 2 hours + ending at a café

CATI Ride

Come And Try It - a no-drop ride once a month
